If I could make a suggestion, because I started making mine. Cut the Scarecrow's head first. I started in order with the leaves and found that cutting the fabric that is also use with the hat the first can result in not having the length needed. I had to buy more fabric.

As a matter of fact, I just bought the pattern today, and as tempting as it is to buy the kit, I will pick fabrics from my stash. Have so much stash to thin out, and I have a lot of Fall fabrics, although maybe I’ll purchase a few pieces at FQS to add to my mix. Can’t wait to start!!
